What is meet & assist at Porto Seguro Airport (BPS)?

A greeter who speaks English and Portuguese meets you at the arrival gate, helps with your hand luggage, guides you through immigration, customs and quarantine with language support, helps at the baggage belt and hands you over to your driver at the kerb. On departure you are met at the kerb, helped with your bags and check-in, guided through security and passport control and escorted to the lounge or your gate.

Is fast track guaranteed at Porto Seguro airport?

We're honest about this: no. At BPS your greeter uses the fastest lanes available on the day, but official fast-track access is not guaranteed at Brazilian airports other than Rio Galeão (GIG), and every passenger still clears security, immigration and customs in person. What the service saves is the queue you would otherwise stand in alone, in Portuguese.

How much does airport assistance cost at BPS?

It is priced per passenger, per direction, in US dollars, with nothing added — the figure shown at checkout is the total. See the rate table on this page. A connection between two flights has its own price, shown on the booking page. Children under 5 travel complimentary with a paying guest.

How far in advance must I book at Porto Seguro?

Accepted Answer

At least 48 hours before your flight. BPS cannot be booked online inside that time. For anything closer, message us on +44 333 057 7282 and we will tell you honestly whether it can still be arranged.

What if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancelled 48 hours or more before the service time, a full refund; 24 to 48 hours before, 75%; 12 to 24 hours before, 50%; less than 12 hours before, no refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Do you cover a connection through BPS?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for a layover of up to 4 hours. Book the transit service with both flight numbers: your greeter meets the first flight, helps with your bags and check-in for the second, takes you through security and escorts you to the lounge or the gate.
