Many long-haul flights land late at night. You're jet-lagged, it's your first time, and the terminal is enormous. Here's the honest picture:

With your greeter
From the US, UK, Europe, Australia, the Gulf — you've read the arrival horror threads. This removes every one of them.
Your spouse or kids' first India trip. You know the airport; they don't. Book it for them; the confirmation comes to your email.
Your overseas colleagues or clients land composed — met on arrival and walked to the car.
Arriving for treatment, often tired or in discomfort. The wheelchair is the airline's (request it with the ticket); our host keeps a gentle pace, to the hospital's car.
First solo landing in India. Parents book it from home; the confirmation and voucher come to their email.
Our host beside you through the arrival, to your car — no navigating the arrivals crowd alone at night.
Per person, GST included, shown before you pay. International Visa, Mastercard and Amex accepted — you're charged in INR and your bank converts at the daily rate.

Book your India arrivalAt busy hours the foreign-passport immigration queues at Delhi T3 and Mumbai T2 can be long. On a Premium or Elite international arrival at Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru, a host stays with you in the immigration queue, so you're never standing alone wondering which line is yours; at other airports the plan list says what help is given there. Immigration is run by the Bureau of Immigration, so we never promise a clearance time.
It depends on the airport and the plan. At some airports our host meets you before immigration; at others the service begins after it. The plan list for your airport and flight, shown before you pay, says where you are met. Either way this is not a driver waiting outside — it's our host inside the terminal, beside you through the arrival.
India's free trusted-traveller e-gates (FTI-TTP) are a Government of India programme we do not provide, and they cover Indian nationals and OCI card holders only — foreign tourists and business visitors cannot use them. What foreign passport holders CAN do is book an escorted arrival service: a host stays with you in the immigration queue, handles the paperwork questions, and manages the porter so the arrival is calmer. Immigration is run by the Bureau of Immigration, so we never promise a clearance time.
Many international arrivals into India land late at night. Your greeter's attendance is backed by our Show-Up Guarantee: if they're not at the agreed meeting point for your confirmed booking, you get 100% of your money back. If the airline delays or reschedules your flight, we move your booking to the new time free of charge.
India's e-Arrival card is the government's own form — free, and filled online before you land, on the official website (indianvisaonline.gov.in/earrival). Please fill it yourself before you fly. At customs, your host shows you the green and red channels.
Ignore anyone inside the arrivals area offering taxis — book transport in advance. You can book a chauffeur-driven Avis car on the "Car transfer" tab of our booking page, and your greeter walks you directly to that car, or to your hotel pickup or family. You're never negotiating at the kerb at 2 AM.
