Connections between flights (up to four hours) are covered as a dedicated service, and a VIP lounge at GRU can be added to any booking. GRU has three terminals — share your flight number so your greeter meets you at the exact gate or kerbside door.
Portuguese is the working language at Brazilian airports; your greeter handles immigration, customs and airline conversations for you.
Book at least 48 hours ahead — requests under 24 hours are handled on availability and carry a last-minute surcharge.
Arrival and departure are separate services; travelling round-trip, ask us to quote both directions together.
Connecting through GRU? The connection service covers gate-to-gate assistance for layovers up to four hours — tell us both flight numbers.
Children under 6 are assisted free of charge — mention them when you request your quote.
