At IGU your greeter uses the fastest lanes available on the day, but official fast-track access is not guaranteed at Brazilian airports other than Rio Galeão (GIG), and every passenger still clears security, immigration and customs in person. What the service saves is the queue you would otherwise stand in alone, in Portuguese.

What if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancelled 48 hours or more before the service time, a full refund; 24 to 48 hours before, 75%; 12 to 24 hours before, 50%; less than 12 hours before, no refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Do you cover a connection through IGU?

Accepted Answer

Yes — for a layover of up to 4 hours. Book the transit service with both flight numbers: your greeter meets the first flight, helps with your bags and check-in for the second, takes you through security and escorts you to the lounge or the gate.
