Public-facing principals don't arrive at airports the way the rest of us do. A coordinator in plain dress meets the aircraft at the door, the immigration desk is held open for a single party, and the route from gate to vehicle is mapped against the day's paparazzi pattern at that specific terminal. Nothing is improvised on the day; everything is rehearsed against the manifest the night before.

How an engagement runs

Confidential brief
We get the principal's name, arrival manifest, accompanying party, level of public visibility, and any specific requests (vehicle make, vegetarian/dietary, language preference) on an NDA-bound 10-minute call with the producer or manager. Nothing in writing until that call.

Terminal rehearsal
12-24 hours out, we walk the actual route at the actual hour. Document any new construction, paparazzi position changes, BoI desk staffing. The coordinator who walks the rehearsal is the coordinator who handles the principal — no handover.

Day of arrival
Coordinator at the aerobridge as the principal disembarks. Immigration desk pre-held. Direct route through a non-public corridor where the airport permits, or a screened route through public areas where it doesn't. Principal in the vehicle within 8-12 minutes of touchdown depending on terminal.

Handover & debrief
Principal handed to the receiving party (driver, security, producer) with a single-line confirmation to your point of contact. Debrief sent at end-of-day — anything noteworthy, anything to adjust for next time. Receipts and invoice within 48 hours.
Engagement & pricing
Quoted per engagement after the confidential brief. Pricing reflects discretion level required, terminal complexity, time-of-day paparazzi load, and entourage size. A typical single-principal airport-only engagement starts in the upper four figures (INR); a multi-day shoot with daily airport movements is structured as a retainer.
Every coordinator signs a per-engagement NDA. We do not publish past clients, do not name-drop in proposals, and do not retain anything on the principal beyond what's operationally required.
