Your greeter meets you at the agreed meeting point — or you get 100% of your money back.
No fine print games. If your booking was confirmed, your flight details were correct, and our greeter wasn’t there for you, tell us within 48 hours (WhatsApp or email, with your booking reference) and we refund every rupee you paid for that service.
Cancelling a booking
- 24 hours or more before your service — free cancellation. 100% refund of everything you paid, including taxes. No deductions, no gateway fees.
- Less than 24 hours before your service — no refund (the airport team has already been dispatched for your flight). See the flight-disruption rule below for the exception.
- Anything that goes wrong on our side — 100% refund, including taxes.
Flight delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled by the airline?
We move your booking to your new flight free of charge — even inside the 24-hour window. Just send your booking reference and the new flight details on WhatsApp or email as soon as you know them. We track your flight anyway, but a quick message makes sure nothing is missed. If we can’t serve you at the new time, you get a 100% refund.
You can also voluntarily reschedule once, free, with at least 24 hours’ notice.
How refunds are paid
- To your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds are processed in INR. If you paid with an internationally issued card, your bank converts the refund at its daily exchange rate — the same way your original payment was converted.
- You’ll receive a confirmation on email / WhatsApp when the refund is initiated.
How to cancel or reschedule

The small print (kept small)
- Refunds are not available for incorrect flight details supplied at booking, guest no-shows, add-on purchases, late arrival that leads to denied boarding by the airline, or misconduct.
- The Show-Up Guarantee requires: a confirmed booking, correct flight and contact details, you being at the designated meeting point (or reachable on the number you gave us) at the scheduled time, and a claim within 48 hours.
- The legally binding version of this policy is Terms of Service, Clause 5. This page is the plain-English summary; if the two ever differ, Clause 5 prevails.
